1) What happens in case we miss the prepaid service?
 
 In case your prepaid service expecting a pick up in Rome city, its airports or Civitavecchia port and for any personal or unforseen  reasons causes you to miss your appointment with the driver, we will refund the entire amount deposited, less any bank or transaction fees to complete the refund. If you miss an appointment where the pick up place is outside of  the ring road of Rome, we will refund the amount prepaid less 25%  of the amount contracted as penalty fee. The advance payment will be kept in case you miss an appointment due to your own fault.
 
   If the service can not be rendered due to Force Majeure, we will refund you the prepaid sum in any case.
 
 
2) What happens if we find trafic along the way to Rome for a tour from Civitavecchia or along the way back to the ship?
 In this case we always count the estimate time we suppose to be necessary to go from the port to Rome city centre. It is 1 hour and 15 minutes. If it take longer because of traffic or any other problem it will not be much longer because there are several alternative ways to reach the city from the port.
